THERE IS NO RANCOR BETWEEN AGYEI DAVID AND I:Hon. Yelegne Edward

THERE IS NO RANCOR BETWEEN AGYEI DAVID AND I, ACCORDING TO HON. YELEGNE EDWARD THE ASSEMBLY MEMBER ELECT IN ODUMASE-ASHIABRE ELECTORAL AREA.

Hon. Yelegne Edward, the elected assembly member of Odumase-Ashiabre electoral area, made a thanksgiving tour yesterday, December 20th, 2023, and during this movement, he made a lot of statements through one of his brothers, who was his communicator yesterday.

According to him, he is so engulfed with excitement for the trust and confidence the people of the Odumase-Ashiabre electoral area still confide in him and give him a second chance again.

His second thanks goes to the people of Odumase, especially the Yawong family, the Monchantib family, the Bichakum family, Samboltib, and any other minor families and tribes in Odumase, for their help, which he really appreciates.

He said he will make sure that what is expected of him as an assembly member of the Odumase-Ashiabre electoral area, he will do that with absence of tribalism, political race, nepotism, religious, and racial.

According to him, he is an assembly member for the Odumase-Ashiabre electoral area, not a political party, so therefore, if anyone encounters a problem, he or she should create his wariness, and if he can't be contacted due to network or distance, the victim should contact the committee elected, and he will have the problem solved if it is within his capacity.

He again said that he wanted the people to know very well that after the election, his opponent, who is the person of Mr. Agyei David, came to his house early to offer him a congratulation massage that showed the guy is a Democrat and he understands politics. So the people should know that politics is a conflict of interest, so all the affected ones should take heart; we are not enemies.

So therefore, there is nothing between him and the brother. So he wants to preach unity among the people of Odumase-Ashiabre electoral area, saying that they should all forget what transpired during campaigning and come together to make Odumase-Ashiabre electoral area a better place for us to live.
